Fourth Alavi International Conference
During the three days of this congress (October 6 to 7, 2017), a total of 97 lectures were held, of which 57 lectures were held in Shayan Mehr Hall in the following eight areas:
Environmental and lifestyle changes for healthy aging
Pet scan
Successful aging: vacuums in Iran
Osteoporosis
Knee osteoarthritis
stroke
Alzheimer
Parkinson
And in the VIP hall of the medical school, 40 lectures were presented, of which 37 speakers presented their ideas in the form of live research project proposals. The title of International Proposals was chosen in cooperation with international universities.
Also during these 3 days 4 workshops were held as follows:
Nimad (National Institute for Development of Medical Research in Iran)
Drug challenges in old age
How to find a research idea and implement it in a group
Systematic review and meta-analysis focusing on aging studies
The congress was attended by 9 speakers from the universities of Copenhagen, USA, Tehran, Neishabour, Kermanshah.
